5 Steps for Our Staff Fitness Break Cards

Cut out your Staff Fitness Break Cards. We designed them to be easily printed and easily cut into a fitness deck.

Pass out the Staff Fitness Break Cards before a staff meeting. Every 20 minutes, ask staff members to lead the group in a fitness break using their card as a guide.

Laminate the cards and give each member of your staff a deck. Encourage them to use the cards throughout the day to give themselves quick brain breaks.

Blow up each Staff Fitness Break Card and place them around the school in hallways, lunchrooms, teacher’s lounge, copy room, etc… Encourage staff to use these fitness stations as a time and place to add a quick physical activity break to their day.
