Nhu leads Healthier Generation’s Talent Development Team, where she provides overall leadership for all human resources functions. She serves as an advisor and counsel to senior leadership while supporting employees on a wide range of personnel matters. Nhu leads all efforts to define, communicate, and reinforce organizational norms and workplace culture.
Prior to joining Healthier Generation, Nhu served as Head of Human Resources & Administration for Food Allergy Research & Education (FARE), where she established the HR infrastructure for the newly formed national non-profit; led the creation of several HR strategic initiatives, including transforming the recruiting function to attract top talent; redesigned the benefits and compensation programs making them more inclusive and competitive with market; developed the first Employee Handbook; and introduced an online performance management system, which allowed for more objective and fair performance rating standards across the organization.
Nhu has held a variety of leadership roles in revenue generation, operations, and facility management in the financial industry, having managed 24 regional bank branches with 200+ employees and a deposit base of $609 million.
