Chipotle Chicken

About the Recipe

In my family we like spicy food, and we make chicken once in a while. It is not super spicy, but it has a kick to it. In my family we love it. 


Ingredients

  • 5 pounds chicken breast 
  • 8 ounces cream cheese 
  • 1 can chipotle peppers 
  • 2 cups sour cream 
  • ¼ cup of milk of choice 
  • Pinch of salt  
  • 3 to 5 tablespoons of oil

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into strips. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet to medium heat. Add chicken and sear chicken until fully cooked. Turn chicken and add additional oil as needed to prevent burning. 
  2. In a blender, place the cream cheese, chipotle pepper, sour cream, milk, salt, and blend thoroughly. Once blended, pour over chicken and mix.
