Physical Activity Breaks Boost Brain Power… Especially During Testing Season!

It’s that time of year again… testing season! During the month of April, many schools participate in standardized testing, which can require students to sit for long periods of time, while also pushing their brains to the max. But the research is clear: active students learn better.
