The Self-Care We All Deserve

This session will share an approach to self-care that is holistic, accessible, and collective. We'll invite participants to ground their understanding in the origins of self-care that come from Black and Indigenous wisdom as an attempt to move away from individual self-care and into the powerful and impactful practice of collective care.

Participants will have the opportunity to practice a self-care strategy in the session that they may not have tried before. We'll wrap up by discussing how we can bring the insights and strategies from the session back to our school communities.

Rebuilding Connection: Best Practices to Reinvigorate Your School Community

In this session, we will Identify ways to foster relationship-building in order to build a supportive school community. Research shows, positive peer relationships among staff members creates a sense of belonging, increases collaboration, and positively impacts staff well-being. There are many ways to connect! We will share best-practices for building school community that best fits your school team especially thinking about the start of the new school year.

Making a Feel-Good Plan

Adults and students have been experiencing a lot day to day. In this session we will make a "Feel Good Plan" to help us feel our best when we are stressed or feeling down. This will be an opportunity to share best practices for self-awareness and self-management, and explore what it means to make a Feel Good Plan for ourselves, and as a tool to help students.

Mental Wellness Takes All of Us

You don’t need years of training or a psychology degree to offer support to students or colleagues struggling with mental health challenges. Join us for a conversation about a simple but powerful framework you can use to support students when you see changes in their thoughts, feelings or behaviors. We'll share tips for how to build a culture of mental wellness in your school or district.

Modeling the Path to Self-Regulation for Students Through Me Moments

Effective learning requires both students and adults to feel safe, calm, and focused. Join us to walk through our newest toolkit: Me Moments, which teaches adults and young people how to co-create strategies for self-regulation. The toolkit includes a variety of strategies and options for any type of learning environment. This webinar is designed for educators and caregivers.
