Chelsea Clinton: My #NewDaysResolution

Did you know over 90% of us break our New Year’s Resolutions?

That’s why the Alliance is focusing on daily resolutions — in place of yearly ones — with the idea that we’re more likely to achieve small goals for health every day rather than one big goal for health once a year.

I’m so inspired by the idea of setting daily achievable goals, and that’s why my #NewDaysResolution was to spend time volunteering with our friends at City Harvest for our first Day of Action of 2017, a series of volunteer activities put on at the Clinton Foundation.

Together, we repacked thousands of pounds of rescued produce to be distributed to emergency food programs in New York City. It feels great to give back and to help local families access healthier foods.

Simple steps can make a big difference in your life and the lives of those around you. Make your #NewDaysResolution today and build on that success all year long.

Wishing you a healthy 2017!
